Install in three steps.
Save your work and close Plant 3D.
Close AutoCAD and Plant 3D before running the installer.
Download and run the setup.
Check the product’s compatibility, choose your tool and follow the installation wizard.
Open Plant 3D and the product tab.
Find the ribbon tab or command names listed on the product page.

Which versions of Plant 3D are supported?
Supported Plant 3D versions are listed on each product page. Check compatibility before downloading an installer.
Do I need to select an AutoCAD installation folder?
The current installers place the plug-in in the standard Autodesk ApplicationPlugins location. Follow the installation instructions for your chosen tool.
Can I try a tool before buying?
Check the trial period on the product page, then download the installer to evaluate the tool in your workflow. A trial does not require payment.
Where do I find my license key?
Lemon Squeezy provides the key in your order receipt email and on its My Orders page. Use the license controls inside the plug-in to activate your installation.
Do I need to reinstall after buying?
For the current tools, a license key activates your existing installation. There is no separate full-version download.
Are my drawings uploaded?
According to the CD Design privacy policy, the plug-ins process model content locally. Trial and licensing information is handled separately as described in that policy.
What should I include in a support request?
Include the tool name, plug-in version, Plant 3D version, a short description of the problem and any error message. A screenshot can help explain what happened.
