Overview
This page explains the limited information used by the CD Design Tools website and CD Design software products. Product-specific data practices are described separately because not every tool uses the same trial, checkout or licensing system.
Website
The website is delivered through Cloudflare infrastructure. Standard web-server and security logs may be processed by the hosting provider as part of operating and protecting the site.
CD Design Nozzle Tags: 14-day trial
To prevent a normal uninstall and reinstall from repeatedly starting a new trial, the trial service may store a pseudonymous machine identifier generated as a one-way SHA-256 hash together with trial start and expiry timestamps. The raw Windows machine identifier is not intentionally sent to the trial API.
CD Design Nozzle Tags: license activation
When you activate a purchased license, the application sends the license key and a pseudonymous workstation instance name to the licensing service. Periodic validation may be required to confirm that the license remains valid.
Plant 3D Open End Marker
The current website does not offer a public checkout or online license activation service for Plant 3D Open End Marker. If those services are introduced for a future public release, this page will be updated before they are connected.
Payments
When a product page offers checkout, payment processing is handled by the provider identified at checkout. The planned CD Design Nozzle Tags checkout provider is Lemon Squeezy. CD Design does not directly collect or store your full payment-card number through this website. The checkout provider may process information needed to complete the purchase, issue receipts, manage taxes and deliver license information.
Local application data
CD Design Windows applications may store settings and product state locally. CD Design Nozzle Tags stores trial and license state locally, with license data protected using Windows user-level data protection mechanisms where supported by the application.
Contact
Product support information is included with published release or purchase materials. A working support contact will be listed on this website before a public download or checkout is enabled. Do not include license keys, machine identifiers or payment details in public issue reports or screenshots.
